Sweco study: eGate’s real-time particle monitoring helps identify dust deviations on P1 construction sites

Sauli Kodisoja from Sweco conducted a study examining the functionality of eGate’s real-time particle monitoring as part of cleanliness management in P1 construction.

The study identified a strong correlation between particle measurements and surface dust measurements.

The results demonstrate that the eGate system can be used to monitor and manage construction site cleanliness in real time during the building process.

Continuous particle monitoring is highly suitable for dust management control, identifying dust deviations, and documenting cleanliness levels.

eGate will also introduce a new P1 Status indicator designed to help construction sites and project stakeholders operate more efficiently in cleanliness management.

As a result, eGate’s capability in construction site dust management control and verification of breathing air quality has already been demonstrated in two extensive research projects.
