I started a construction data analytics company for two main reasons.
First, I wanted my children and loved ones to be able to go to school, work and live in a safe environment. I think that’s something we all want. No one should have to spend a minute in a building where they’re exposed to mold or cancer-causing substances. The best time to prevent these issues is during the construction phase.
Second, data-driven decision-making belongs on a construction site. At the end of the day, it simply means doing the right things at the right time, safely, and without costly risks. Monitoring site conditions beyond the legally required level isn’t a compromise, a sacrifice, or an extra cost. It’s a competitive advantage that improves cost efficiency.
When unnecessary waiting and rushing are eliminated, work becomes more meaningful, money is saved, and quality can be trusted. Systematic condition monitoring also sends a clear message from the builder—it shows they care about both the future users of the building and the workers constructing it. This is sustainability in practice.
