Pauli has worked in the Lemminkäinen Group in various positions. Since 2014, he led the building construction segment at Lemminkäinen. Lemminkäinen and YIT merged at the end of January 2018 and he was involved in supporting the merger until the end of September 2018. Now he is retired.

He got the opportunity to become an eGate partner. eGate represents high-quality measurement technology and data transfer for monitoring indoor conditions. Pauli wants to witness eGate’s services find their way to responsible construction builders and property owners.
